Grounded Bodywork looks at the whole person rather than focusing on one area alone. Your muscles, nervous system, stress levels, lifestyle, and emotional well-being all influence how your body holds tension and how it heals. Instead of following a routine, each session blends techniques with mindful presence, creating work that supports both physical relief and nervous system regulation. Every session grows from collaboration. Your goals, your experiences, and the way your body responds guide the work we create together. Some days the focus may be deep relaxation. Other days it may be recovery, relief from tension, improved mobility, or support for an active lifestyle. There is no single path. Each appointment unfolds in a way that honors where you are in that moment. My role is to listen with intention and respond with thoughtful, attentive bodywork. Your role is to remain present and share what you notice along the way. This shared awareness allows the session to feel grounded, respectful, and genuinely personal. A little note for my clients 🤍 Since I’m now working inside a chiropractic office, the environment can feel a bit different than a traditional spa. There may be occasional sounds from adjustments, conversations, or movement throughout the space. It’s all part of a setting that focuses on therapeutic care and helping the body heal. If you’re coming in for pain relief, muscle work, or focused treatment, this space supports that really well. If what you’re craving is a quiet, spa-like atmosphere for full relaxation, my mobile in-home sessions might be a better fit for you.
